I think the Svipul will make a great platform for a smaller High-Sec exploration boat. The thought is to use this ship to just run the Anoms (Burrows, Refuges and Dens) looking to get the escalations and I think “Silky Cuscus” will fill that role very well. With a 1% CPU implant you could fit a T2 Missile Launcher but for the 2 extra DPS I’m not going to worry about it.
