I guess one of our fellas missed the Wardec notification and took a nasty loss that will likely have The Marmite Collective interested in extending the war a week or two.

An extra long war will suck but it will mainly hit our supply/logistics crew who will have to modify their operations to keep our staging area supplied which could mean some disruption to our general line members if ships, ammo, etc… aren’t getting brought in on the regular. But it’s usually not a huge deal, the crew somehow seem to keep the supply line running efficiently.

What will we do while under the Wardec and staying away from High-Sec space? Honestly keeping busy is not often an issue for us, there is almost always a few fellas out looking for trouble for the Alliance, there are numerous Alliance operations run every week, in .FRAG we run some Corporation operations to keep our things running, you can do some PI, there are ADMs to keep up so ratting and mining are always a welcome activity and of course you can go off solo and look for some content too.

For those times when Alliance/Corp activities are slow I’ve been thinking about getting back into some drag bubble camping and have been exploring the idea of using a cloaky Force Recon Ship for the job – something like the Rapier below would be a nice boat to engage pretty much any hull Destroyer down and a number of the Cruiser sized hulls.

With the cloak you should be able to pick your fights well by just staying hidden for any engagements that you don’t want to take. She has no scram but the long point and double webs should hold down your target solidly and give you the ability to dictate your engagement range. She is not cap stable so pulsing the MWD and some deft piloting will be key to keeping your distance. If you are a particularly good pilot or simply ‘space rich’ you could bling out the webs and disruptor which would extend your point range to 30km and your webs out to 60km, that would give you a little buffer for keeping range.

I’m neither a particularly good pilot or ‘space rich’ so will stick with the T2 modules and see how it goes 🙂
